Return & Exchange Policy

Our Approach

At Urban Ethnicc by Nisha, we want you to enjoy wearing what you purchase from us. While we provide detailed size charts to help you select the right fit, we understand that occasional sizing issues may occur while shopping online.

For this reason, we offer size exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Please note that returns and refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Guidelines

The following conditions apply for exchanges:

1. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues and within the same product, subject to availability.

2. Exchange Request Window
An exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

3. Reverse Pickup
We arrange reverse pickups for most major cities and serviceable pin codes in India. If pickup is unavailable in your location, the product will need to be shipped back by the customer.

4. Sale Products
Items purchased under the Sale section are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Color & Minor Variations
Our garments are handcrafted and photographed under professional lighting. Slight variations in colour may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays. Exchanges will not be accepted for minor colour differences or small handcrafted variations such as tassels, threads, or finishing details.

6. Single Exchange Policy
A product can be exchanged for size only once per order.

7. Exchange Processing Time
The exchange process may take approximately 15–20 days, depending on the delivery location and logistics timelines.

8. Quality Check
The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and verified at our warehouse.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your Order ID in the subject line when sending your request.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Approval

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

The exchange will be approved only if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Please check your order carefully once you receive it.

If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect order, kindly contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

To qualify for review, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase will also be required.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims regarding missing or incorrect items, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

Any such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with video evidence. Requests submitted without video proof may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
